Output per Capita

Output per capita (otherwise known as GVA per head of resident population), is an indicator of how properous an area feels in relation to its population size.This measure is often used as a way to compare the productivity of different economies. Devon's output per capita is nearly 19% lower than the UK average. The majority of Districts follow this trend with the exception of Exeter which outperforms the national average by nearly 44%.
